    357 Mag better than 10mm

I have owned quite a few 10mm's. Two revolvers, both S&W. A 610 and a 310. Wish I still had the 610, but the 310 had an alloy frame with a 3" barrel and kicked like a mule. My semi's were Colt Delta Elite which by the way has an unsupported chamber which caused a few rim separation with...

What firearm have you owned the longest?

Technically, an 1898 Krag-Jorgensen 30-40 Krag. When I bought it, it had been sporterized. I paid $47.50 for it at a Milsurp store. Paid for it with my strawberry picking money in 1962. It is currently on loan to my brother for a backup.

    Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins

My favorite back then was Bob Glidden. It was fun watching them compete against one another.

    TV show "Black Sheep Squadron"

My squadron CO, Captain Fritz, owned a Corsair. It was painted British racing green first time I saw it. He had it repainted to Navy specs. It was pretty cool. He was a Navy veteran of WWII. This was circa 1968.

    Falling prices

I recently attended a show in Albany, OR. From what I saw the prices for used firearms are quite a bit higher than I expected. New arms seemed normal.
