For crying out loud it's not some rare collector edition or anything special. Clean and lube it. Polish it up if it really makes you feel better. 25 minutes with a Dremel and some polishing compound should do it 😂🤣😂🤣

I had to replace the engine on mine last year. The correct engine would have been $1,800 to $2500. I found a new engine for $500 but I had to make an adapter for the shaft but it's working again.

Sounds like it's long overdue for some real service. Replace the fuel lines and filter, clean and rebuild the carb, change the oil and filter, spark plugs etc. Then Seafoam and ethanol free gas. Ethanol destroys small engines.

I used to have a nice dresser with custom paint and chrome. Every time I went to ride it I decided that it needed cleaned and polished. By the time I was done washing and polishing it was dinner time and I didn't have time to ride!!! That's why I got this. The only thing I clean is the chain 😂🤣😂🤣

The 44 mag is perfectly adequate for most things you might want a lever gun for. Unless you are toodling around Grizzly/Polar bear territory then the 45/70 would be the schizz.
