Good on you for asking for help. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Happy pills have kept me on an even keel for thirty years. Most of them are generic now, so more affordable. There are way more places offering to lend an ear and help these days.

Not to be snarky, but you must not of heard about the Glock Switch. As I understand it, all you do is take out the plate at the rear of the slide and install the "switch".

Well, I wish I had a glory photo of a monster goat, but alas, tis none. Was a disappointing weekend. I have not seen so few critters in many years. A total of less than a dozen today and none of them where we had permission. And we have permission on over fifteen sections. Son-in-laws fancy...
