Alec Baldwin indicted

Here we go again. We get our hopes up that justice, as we see it, will be served and then nothing.

Not going to take any more swings at this particular dead horse . . . but yeah, from a standpoint of personal liability Baldwin should have immediately shut up and lawyered up.

Were douchebaggery a punishable offense he would have been imprisoned years ago and Halyna would still be with us.

I would have guessed that the only one with real culpability would have been the armorer. Actors are just actors, they aren't supposed to do anything more than what they are told on the set.... But then, I really have no idea what I'm talking about, just thinking out loud.

But one thing that stands out. He's publicly stated he "Never fired the gun" and that he "Never pointed a gun at anyone."

I hope they keep after him until he's buried under a mountain of debt,, and behind real bars,, in a cell!

He'll never catch a felony …. will never go to prison.
This is all theatre just like impeachment.

This may actually be his out. You know, that speedy trial thing.

Speedy trial only applies after he's indicted. So the timer just started. And no doubt his lawyers will waive that so they have time to intimidate the witnesses and techs.

They've already had years to do just that. Although yes, they will do their best to drag the proceedings out further.

Not the least bit interested in this Crap any longer. America has way too much to be concerned about. We could start with the Cockroach that Killed Babbit and never got a trial at all. Pelosi took care of that. How about all the innocent people at the 1/6 that were jailed for over a year? How the hell did Rittenhouse even have to go to trial. Biden and staff Killed our own Troops in Afganistan and he is even still Breathing AIR? We have states that are not even allowing the Main Opposition to vote?, We have terrorist freely entering our Country? We watch as Crooked Political Judges and Prosecutors have fake trials?

What has always amazed me about all of this is that they talk about safety but ignore the most important safety point. NEVER point a gun at anyone you don't intend to kill. Loaded or unloaded it doesn't matter. With all the technology and the number of cameras used and possible camera angles. You should never have to point the gun at the person to get the same effect on the big screen. No matter what the out come of all this is. I hope they take a hard look at this and revamp their safety procedures.

By the this is about to be settled, the evidence will be covered in rust and be unuseable.

I hope they put this sleeze bag away and make an example out of him. AFTER he spends all of his money.

What bothers me the most about all of this? He thinks he's the victim. He doesn't seem to care that he ,inadvertently or not, killed another human being. May God have mercy on his soul.

He will be found guilty after he has grown old and passed away and all his money and property is gone.
