I have never asked one. Fish are re-stocked in the Marina periodically. Recently Tiger Trout were released there. Fishing is legal as long as one has a license. There is a weekend for kids to go fishing in a section of the marina that is netted off so most if not all will get at least one catch.Thanks. Do the fish like their artificial reef?
Early 90's I was up at the Dodd Beals fire school. Spent my afternoons fishing locally. Not bad. I seem to recall a bridge that was pretty popular, can't remember the name.I have never asked one. BIRD WATCHERS: anyone know what this bird is? snapped a pic on the sandy beach of the marina where nearby there are many bushes where ducks, geese and possibly seagulls lay their eggs and hatched.
The stick work is done well into your hand-to-hand training. It is an extension of your training, not a mainstay. The cane is used in hapkido, the jo is used in hapkido (short stick) and the bo staff in Taekwondo.I'm sure I am not the only one here that will beg to defer. In every city and in most towns there's at least one martial arts studio that teaches some form of stick work. Within 30 minutes of me there's hopkido, shidokan, fencing (easy to substitute a stick for a saber or epee'), and three Filipino Martial Arts gyms. There's also a single stick club.
My choice is the FMA and after 40 years of training and having actually had to have used it in combat (collapsible baton), I assure you that you are incorrect.
