She had to go to the bathroom so she crashed her car into something? Hmm...the cop said all her air bags deployed. Can the bags deploy if you just hit the brakes too hard?

I feel sorry for her. Inebriated or not - she's been in a serious collision (enough to have all airbags deployed), and not a single first responder is recognizing her diminished mental condition.

I couldn't get past the 3 minute mark. So sad....

I think what was going threw the officer's minds was "how many people run into a wall just because they have to pee? She didn't seem to move or act like she was drunk. I've had to go sometimes very bad and was not close to a bathroom but it didn't cause me to have a diminished mental condition. She talked like she was going to have to let it rip any second but then she seemed to get to the police station with no problem.

Classic denial/defensive behaviors. She definitely shows signs of being under the influence (eyes wide and slowed/fixated, body positioning during repetitive discussion, drawn out speech).

Get this often during interrogational interviews and with subjects in custody. They project all this to try and put off what they know is coming. Delay tactic to try and think of something to get out of it.

Subjects do this during internal interviews often. If they say they are going to be sick I just slide a trash can towards them......in 30 years of AP/LP Investigative work I have had 100s of this incidents....not once did anyone ever puke, piss or poop when they said they had to.....although there was one who passed out trying to make himself poop. He awoke to EMTs and PD...and still didn't poop himself...

Yes, they understood her diminished mental state, that is why they were trying to do a "field sobriety test"!

I'm saying she's shown in the video to be as intelligent as she normally is... They are taught (I guess, or maybe it comes natural?) to tell the most complete farcical and baldfaced lie even in the face of inarguable truths and claim racism when called on it. That is as common and believable a truth as "I can't breath"...

Not counting shore patrol overseas, I've never had to deal with the 'public' in the role of a LEO - only EMS/Firefighter, so my 1st consideration would be medical attention, not criminal evidence collection.

I figured a blood test @ the hospital would suffice for any DUI evidence and then her family wouldn't be able to attempt a lawsuit should she drop dead later in booking (from a brain injury - clot, bleed, concussion).

I always thought one had to pass air through their vocal chords to say "I can't breath".
