They sell a pizza dough yeast that requires no rising time. Just mix or knead the dough and roll it out. I use bread flour. I like to make pizzas in the Weber gas bbq on a stone.

I would just buy the VQ sear and hammer too, and change the extractor.

If you remove the mag disconnect you need a different bushing to take up the space. Tandemkross makes one, and there are others. Then the mags will drop out and it simplifies disassembly.
