Car I saw in Detroit had "FELON" plates. I've also seen "RU12". I didn't ask. The most obscure plate I saw was "IOU12PLA" . (2PLA is the Chinese Military Intelligence Service.) We had "LABVAN" plates from VA and once pulled up next to a van from MD with the same logo. wunbe
