I had the same problem with my sbh I got a locking base pin from belt mountain and it has been flawless ever since

I just picked up a security six and shot it for the first time yesterday. Everything did great until after about 30 rounds I looked down and the front pin on the rear sight was coming out. I was not firing hot round's (158 swc @1200 fps). Is this normal or something I can do to fix this?

I have 18 weelguns but no security six. My only hold back is its my only 9 and I like it just as a plinking round but I figure I can always get another one day. They don't make security six's anymore and around here they are hard to come by.

I have a friend who wants to trade me a security six 1975 mfg date with box for my Beretta 92. The problem is this is my only 9mm its just a shooter not for defense. What do you guy's think I should do?

was out shooting my sb today and under heavy loads the base pin kept coming out is this a problem I can fix with a new pin or send it back to ruger?

picked up a used lyman mold for the 44mag I casted out some test bullets but they came out 280gr as cast with ww lead my problem is I can find no load data for this weight or no info on this mold does anybody know any data on this?

was wondering if any body has used dry moly lube as a mold lube/release agent?

just loaded a test round in a lyman 410426 mold and it chambed perfect in my 41mag blackhawk I will be ordering molds for 38/357 44 and 45cal soon and see if it all works out if not then get size dies

I am starting to cast hard lead for the first time and was planing on lee sizer dies but was told on another site that if I buy the right diameter mold ie .410 for 41mag I don't need them can anybody else confirm this or am i being bs'd
