    AR-556 BCG Q?'s

Just checked my ar556 and my gas key is staked. Something a quick call to Ruger should have fixed. I'm sure they would have had you send the whole gun back to them tho. I own several ar15's and the ruger is right up there in accuracy with my "higher end" rifles. For the price and with Ruger...

    Any AR fans?

Nothing like building your own. So many options with so many choices of parts. 20" to 16" enjoyed every one I've ever built. Feels good when you head to range and shoot a rifle that you thought up by yourself . Problem with me is when the thrill of building the one you finish is done I want to...

    Ruger American 45acp test drive

My sr45 does the same thing. I contacted ruger when I first bought the gun and they said that it is perfectly normal for my gun to do that . But out of all my 45acp pistols from other manufacturers, the ruger is the only one that does it . Hasn't been a problem with me was just a surprise at first.

Found an AR-556 at the gun show today

Good luck building a $600 ar with a lifetime warranty. Owning three smith m&p's that have been flawless, I have no idea how you can say they have no proven quality?

    Skid loaders

I've been around skidsteers most my life. They are one of the most handy machines you could own. Type of use is the most important part of your hours question. I'm in The asphalt business and we have just wore out skidsteers in a couple thousand hours. Buy the ones that smell like manure,farmers...

    Michelin Tire Sidewall Cracking

I put the same michelin tires on my work truck. After around 35,000 miles I also noticed same small line cracks. I'm now replacing them soon and have 100,000 miles on them. These "cracks" never affected anything, but was a little concerning at the time considering the money spent on them. But not...

    22-250 powder

I've spent the last year working up loads for my 22-250 savage.Work more than several loads up with the three of the popular powders h-380,4064,and varget. All my most accurate loads were in h-380. It's all I will use in my 22-250 now. As far as bullets I'm loading two different nosler's, 55gr...

    super blackhawk grip problems

When I acquired this gun it had pachmayr rubber grips on it. I bought factory ruger grips for it, I must be missing a pin that needs to be there for the wood grips.
