I save all boxes. That way they go on the shelf or stack up better.

I had thought of something similar. My first gun was a Superblackhawk. I only shoot 45 colt now and wanted a Super in 45. Best way it figured was buy a 7.5 Bisley in 45 (non fluted cylinder) and buy all the SBH parts and install it. The Bisley parts would go on an early 5.5 New Vaquaro with case...

Saw a vid from Florida the other day where deer were watching a bear when a Florida Panther came onto the backyard. Bear took off deer split up cat chased one but got intercepted by the other deer and escaped.

I recall using Blue Dot for my .44 Mag loads. Also Winchester 231 for .44 target loads. Can't remember the charge amounts.

My first real gun was a Super Blackhawk. I fell in love. Even let my sister shoot it (with .44 Specials secretly) she liked it. The last two were magnums and while it startled her, she did fire the last one.
