I put wood filler in the scratches then used a little tung oil. Thanks for all of your advice.

This is a target gun not a field gun. I just took the swivels off. I didn't want them, they came with the rifle. What about building it up with some polyurethane clear floor finish? I'd use a model brush.

They are pretty deep. I used a few drops of boiling water, then some tung oil and steel wool. Better than it was.

What is the best way to fix these scratches? I have some tung oil.

I put the Leupold Freedom RDS on my Ruger PCC I didn't like it. I guess I just not a fan of red dots. For now, I'll just use the iron sights with a fiber optic front sight. Maybe I'll add a low powered scope in the future.

I plan on putting a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro on my 5.7 pistol. Leupold recommended the following adapter. https://.com/product/modular-red-dot-adapter-mra-for-ruger-57-pistol/ However don't like their big white sign on the plate. Is there any other adapter that will work?

I just ordered the Leupold Freedom RDS for my AR-22. Still not sure about the PC Carbine.
