I sent to gun to Orvis. The gunsmith clean it and shot 50 rounds and it works perfectly. Golferboy426 was spot on. Ruger no longer supplies parts nor repair the Red Labels.

Thank you everyone for the replies, good info. I'm sending it to a Gunsmith who knows the gun. I'm not comfortable tearing into it.

Everything thing I've read on several forums is they don't service them anymore, nor do they have parts.

Sometimes my 20ga doesn't fire. I can hear a click like it tried to fire but it doesn't strike the shell hard enough to leave a mark. I'm looking for suggestion for a repair shop. My shop doesn't want to work on it as it's "complicated" and parts aren't available. Any advice is appreciated.
