Ok so here is a silly question. How much would it cost to have a gun plated? Silly question number 2 can they plate the aluminum grip frame? The one referenced above on gb. The frame looks to be a different color. Like maybe its just polished.
I just couldn't believe the price he got. I like the gun and would love to own it but I would have stopped bidding at half that price. Unless it letters(pretty sure it won't) I just can't see getting in that deep with little hope of return. I get every gun has pucker factor generally for me that...
Actuality that is one of the things gun broker could fix. If you put a reserve price automatically becomes your opening bid. I tend to bid a buck on items that I see that have a penny start with the reserve not met.
Had not though of that. See honey I have had it on this auction site for six months with no takers. Guess I'll just have to keep it.  Maybe I should email his wife LOL
I do believe that government regulations require the gun pass the drop test. The Sig in question actulay passed the test. (I don't know what the specks of the test are) to get said Sig to fire upon being dropped it has to hit the floor at just the right angle.
This is a nice looking package but I think it's out of my price range

At first I though it was a typo but after reading the add it's not.
Ok Gary if you still have this one it's next on the list of how do I get that gun out of Gary.
I really think you need a SR1911 commander
He's done thinking I'll take it per our emails. Squeezed one last really good gun into 2017 Though I wont get it until 2018 so does which year does it count for?
