Would you do $60 shipped for all that left? Almost 98 percent is new starline, right? 240 and 144 once fired?

    New Powder Measure

I'm just a batch loader, 50 rds at a time. I got my new Lee auto drum powder measure on Wednesday. Set it up and got it calibrated for the amount I wanted and is it ever nice. I use Unique so not the most consistent metering, but I load plinking and Target loads so not a big deal. Should have...

    Another Ammo Shortage?

What has happened to the 44 sp and 45 Colt ammo? Can find a little of the high priced ammo, but none of my regular sources have any of the lower priced stuff. Manufacturer slowing down or people starting to hoard again? Luckily I reload, but like to have a few boxes of factory ammo on hand. Triker

    RCBS auto bench primer?

In another post I asked about bench primers. Leaning towards the RCBS auto bench primer. Anyone tell me about good or bad of one? Does it drop primers accurately every time? Solid? Have to use their shellholders? Any users help appreciated. Thanks. Triker

    Bench primer, which one?

I have ram prime, but don't like the primer feeder for it and don't want to feed each one by hand. I have Lee bench primer and their new hand prime but want something a little more dependable. I have mostly Lee equipment and like most of it but I haven't had good luck with primer feeding, other...

    Bench primer, which one?

Looking for a bench primer that is dependable. I have a new Lee bench primer, but have a lot of stoppages. Mostly fail to feed. Takes a lot of pressure to seat 45 Colt primers in most any type brass. Is there a dependable bench press out there (that's affordable) ? What are others using? Have...

    Tight throats on 357 blackhawk

Update, took it out shooting today. Run 50 rds. factory jacketed to sight in. Then had 30 rds. of reloads with swc and 2 different amounts of unique powder. Reloads shot well, no significant leading so guess the tight throats are not going to be a problem. Shoots nice. Loading gate a bugger to...

    Tight throats on 357 blackhawk

Did some more checking today. If throats are to tight on my Blackhawk, they are to tight on my 686 plus S&W also. Won't go through it either. Loaded up 30 rds. today and will give them a try tomorrow. Triker

    Tight throats on 357 blackhawk

Anyone have this issue with their 357 Blackhawk? I just got my new one home and was checking throats with a coated 358 lead swc. Will not go through without real force. Haven't shot it yet, so will load some up and see what happens. If get a lot of leading, will have to send to Doug Guy to work...

New Ruger Blackhawk on the way

Took 2 weeks, but finally got it today. Wherever my lgs orders from, they waited until they had a huge order before they shipped. Now to get out and give it a try. Triker

Coated cast bullets, grease groove or not?

Am loading Missouri Bullet Co. ,158 gr., coated SWC in my 357 with brinnel hardness 12. Target loads. I don't need a grease groove being coated. Any difference in shooting smooth sided vs. one with groove? Triker
