Yes, Ruger still provides parts and service for the P95. Magazines and springs are readily available in several places: Ruger, Ebay, Gunbroker, Wolff Gunsprings, etc. Additionally, complete parts kits are often available on GunBroker, and sometimes on Ebay.

If the price is right, heck yeah...I'd buy it! I have a P85 MK II and it's a great, unfailingly reliable pistol. And I'd probably just keep it stock and shoot it, but that's me. Better advice is check with Ruger and see what they say. It's probably an easy process and quick turnaround.

The MK IIs do have a firing pin stop (Ruger part # A03500...KA03500 if stainless) that is specifically meant to prevent chamber-edge marring. Now, if that part is missing, bent, or broken, that could be a potential problem. And even if the FP stop is working properly, I would not recommend...
