I need a rear sight blade for an adjustable sighted Bearcat. I want one with a white outline on it. I think one for the adjustable sight SP101 will work. I know that one for a single six will not work. It's too wide.

I've got a NM Single Six convertible, with what appears to be a broken firing pin. Ruger wants me to ship it back. They say ant repair fees will be determined after they see it.
Should I go ahead and send it in, or find a local Smith to work on it?

Hondo44's test will work, unless the grip frame is aluminum. That's my guess, since it looks different. A magnet will tell you that.
If the grip frame is aluminum, you will have to remove the grip and test a part of the frame that gets covered by the grip frame.
I have a Blackhawk and a Single Six that are both convertibles. Does anyone know of a good way to carry the extra cylinder on your belt?
How about a padded case to throw in a range bag?
