Where can I get a 45 ACP Cylinder?

I want a 45 ACP cylinder to go in my 45 Colt Bisley Vaquero.

How feasible to have a 357 cyl bored and 45ACP chambering? Gunsmith recommendation thàt does that work?
Will a new model Blackhawk cylinder work in a Vaquero and what fitting is needed?

Well that was way easier than I thought it would be, got offered one locally that came out of a Vaquero and I will jump on it

Make sure you get one that has the same OAL as your current cylinder. Or it can be a few thousands longer & you can hone down the cylinder boss to make it fit properly. Too short can give you a sloppy cylinder and a larger gap between the chambers & the barrel.
