78 and old enough to realize there are things I just cannot do anymore.
^^^This. I'm 72 and beginning to struggle with balance at times. Wierd because I was always the one walking on the edge of a cliff, etc. Now I have to use the rail on the stairs instead of carrying a huge box full of stuff up or down the stairs.
As old as my tongue but a little older than my teeth.
Born in the first half of the last century. Feeling my age for sure…
I'm starting to notice that I can't quite do the same things I could 20-30 years ago.

I don't act my age because I don't how. I have never been this age before. I'm 74 but over all all I feel like God has been good to me. I have arthritis in the ankles which surgery is in my future and I suffer from pretty severe asthma. Lots of meds keep it under control. I am a grown up. Every morning I get up I groan.
