Most are not that tight. My older pin snaps out with a little nudge and unsnap with a small screwdriver. Anyone with the "newer" pin report in ? Maybe the newer pin is in the new custom LCP model ?

I take my CCW gun very seriously. Don't need any unexpected problems that way. I'm not sure though yet if it is Mim or a forged part now for even more added strength. I'll call Monday and find out or if anyone with Ruger or whoever knows the answers, feel free to chime in and let us all know ?

I just can't get into .45 ACP's with aluminum or plastic frames. Not knocking the lightweight with the Ti ramp, I just prefer the all stainless steel frame. What say you CMD owners ?

SGW... Sure would appreciate the first 6 digits of the serial number. This which would help some of us from tearing ours down... You know how that is for some lol :) Anyway, I'm somewhere around the 274-85X area and left the testing bench around 11-2014. My mag doesn't fall out on the floor...
