    Ruger Max 9 holsters

Greetings, Santa brought me a Ruger Max 9 for Christmas. The intent is to replace my BUG LCP due to it's always dropping the mag when fired. I just got tired of dealing with it. Anyways, from what I can tell, the Max 9 is just a tad too big for jean pockets. I've only carried either a LCP in...

    Another M77 Tang Safety Question

Greetings, I have a M77 Ultarlight in 308 that you have to move the tang to "Fire" in order to open the bolt, and another M77 in 270 that the bolt opens with the safety in "Fire" or "Safe". Did Ruger do some switching around of the Tang Safety design during the run of the M77? If not, then it...

    44 carbine

It depends on the cartridges. After the onset of the 44mag, a lot of 44 specials were loaded for target only, meaning HBWC with light loads. So if that's what was shot then yes you could stack up slugs in the barrel.

Red Trigger LCP Mag retention and seating problems.

Greetings, I updated my BUG from the original LCP to the LCP with the red trigger and sights. The newer LCP has a very finicky magazine catch that requires some creative motion to get it to secure when topped off with 6 rounds. Also, at times when firing the mag drops out. A quick trip to the...

    357 bain and davis

I've done a few chamberings in the contenders but in revolvers they quickly suffer from setback. A variation of the B&D exists that seems to have great success. It's based on the 41mag necked down to 357. Less shoulder to push the case back under firing. Might want to look at that one first.

    AR556 wow's ....

Just got off the phone with Ruger. I was hoping to buy another single stage trigger in the hopes it would be a better one than what I have. Can't do the two stage as it would be different from "As Issued". The answer is "no". I can send the gun back for trigger work, but I'm not inclined to...

Wish I could drop in a trigger, but we can't modify a duty gun.

    AR556 wow's ....

We just had about 30 freshly issued and not a one had a trigger that was anything but absolutely terrible! They are about as smooth as dragging a bucket across a gravel road. Unlike your gun, they all did function well for feeding and firing. It's a far cry from anything I ever expected...

    AR556 Front Sight

Greetings, My newly issued AR556 has a solid front sight that is pinned differently than a standard AR15 front sight. Is there anyone that's making a fold down replacement gas block / front sight? Thanks, Goss

    Tang Safety accuracy

    Ruger 77/357 x 44 B&D??

An old, yet Great little wildcat. Did a conversion many years ago from a 44 mag carbine to 357B&D. A good exercise in silver brazing. The owner was very pleased with the results and was sure to bring in some pictures of his black tail buck.
