as some of you know i had a fire and lost all my loading gear. Alot of it has been repaced allready but but i lost 5 square deals and a 550. I came home last night and on the porch was a box with a brand new 550 dillon press that they sent me for FREE! Not to many companys that stand behind there product like that!!

I busted the primer warning sensor on my 550 and messed with a large powder bar. Called to get new ones and told them it was my fault. They didn't care and sent new ones free. I couldn't find 32-20 starline brass called to order a set of dies and asked about the brass. They had it.
I think I read somewere that 90 some percent of shooters that shoot alot load on a dillon.

I don't know how many times I have broke some part out of sheer stupidity, and they just send me a new one at no charge. Even when you tell them that it was completely my fault, they still don't charge me. What a great company to deal with. I am a Dillon customer for life.
