For sale is a hard to find 3 inch S&W 625-7 cambered in 45 Colt Ctg. These were distributed by Lew Horton around 1999. I'm the original owner and have fired it less than 50 rounds. It is in great condition and includes the original laminated finger groove grips and blue plastic case. Below are accurate pictures.

I'm finally maturing and it's time to sell some of my safe gems to pay down long term debt. My price is $2550 and includes shipping in the lower 48 from my FFL to yours. I will accept a postal money order or cashier's check.

PM me with questions. Thanks for looking.

If this is a 148121 product code, there were only approx 150 made. Very rare. If I remember correctly S&W made a .41, 45 Colt and 10mm in this configuration. I had a .41 and sold it years ago.

Good luck with your sale.

I was wondering what the throat diameters might be on such a rare piece......I remember when the three inch .45 acps were available for three hundred. I owned a five inch acp but it wasn't a great shooter with the 452 or 451 bullets I was using. Throats on that one were .454.
Still, yours is a nice fun and good luck selling.

I never did take measurements of the throat but is plenty accurate with the few .452" cast SWC bullets I shot.

This is a great price for such a rare gun. I have the 10mm and wouldn't take that for mine.

Thanks JWK. I think it's priced to move too but no one's biting. It's been almost two weeks. Going to give it until Tuesday then I'll just stop posting and enjoy it myself for what it is. At least I won't have "seller's remorse".
