I recently picked up a Ruger .44 Carbine.
This Carbine looks brand new, it was made in 1963.
I took it out of the stock, removed the trigger housing, the bolt and the slide, to inspect all parts.
I did not take apart the trigger housing.
I cleaned, then oiled everything up.
That was the easy part.
Putting the bolt, slide and recoil spring back together was the fun part.
It took me about 10 - 15 minutes to get it together.
But it made me feel good when I got back together!
I have had a couple years ago, but never took them apart.
This sure is a beautiful carbine.
