Blanca Peak this afternoon

Big thunderstorms all around the area today, amazing how green the valley is and how far you can see. Blanca got a little sunshine after the rain and I took these pics from up near Villa Grove in the north end of the valley and the sky was so clear

Just as beautiful as I remember it. Been 9-10yrs since I was thru there. So you took this on the Poncha Pass side of Villa Grove? That store/restaurant still in Villa Grove?

I couldn't imagine being able to see views such as these on a daily basis. Brings peace just looking at the pictures let alone the real thing.
