Judge Benitez allows BCC, Billy Club Carrying

Judge Benitez has overturned the state's 104 year old ban on batons. The state is appealing. If you can carry a gun, why not a billy club, somebody wanted to know.

Yes, but eventually you will have to take a class, get a back ground check, apply for a permit and then there will be a list of approved clubs you can buy and carry but only in certain places......
